We currently ship to the New Zealand only. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. We usually ship the next business day. Our shipping charges are fixed based on the location, whether it's in the city or rural areas. Additional charges may apply for bulky items, and the price will be available at checkout.

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
