Our inventory is located in New Zealand, and we typically process orders every business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Normally, the delivery period ranges from 3 to 5 days.

RETURNS POLICY
Should your purchase not meet your satisfaction, you have the option to return unopened and unused items for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order. It's important to note that the postage costs for the initial order and the expenses incurred for returning the item to us will not be refunded. In the event that the products were faulty or were sent to you in error, we will provide a prepaid courier label for you to facilitate the return process. Kindly be aware that we can only accept returns for items that are unopened or unused unless the item itself is faulty. For any return requests, please reach out to us initially. Instructions:
Gently remove makeup and residue before applying Eyelash Serum to your upper lash line. Use a thin line and apply once daily until desired length is achieved. To maintain results, reduce application to 2-4 times a week. Allow the serum to dry completely before using any other eye products. Notice visible effects within weeks and full results in 6-12 weeks.
How long does it take to see results?
Results typically become visible within a period of 4-6 weeks, with individual variations.
How long does one tube last?
With regular daily application, this eyelash serum should last for about 3 months. After reaching the desired results, use 2-4 times per week to maintain the length.
Will I get any eye irritation?
In the event of irritation, discontinue use of the serum until symptoms subside. Once cleared, resume use every other day. If irritation persists, discontinue use altogether.
Warning:
If experiencing irritation, pause using the serum until irritation has cleared, then continue use every second day. If irritation continues then discontinue use.
