Our inventory is located in New Zealand, and we typically process orders every business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Normally, the delivery period ranges from 3 to 5 days.

RETURNS POLICY
Should your purchase not meet your satisfaction, you have the option to return unopened and unused items for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order. It's important to note that the postage costs for the initial order and the expenses incurred for returning the item to us will not be refunded. In the event that the products were faulty or were sent to you in error, we will provide a prepaid courier label for you to facilitate the return process. Kindly be aware that we can only accept returns for items that are unopened or unused unless the item itself is faulty. For any return requests, please reach out to us initially. Eyelash Glue Remover
Our eyelash extension glue remover gel has a thick gel consistency so it stays on the lashes and out of your eyes.
Here are some tips to help you reduce irritation:
We recommend lash beginner or home user watch the steps before trying the lash glue remover to help you use it safely.
1. To use this eyelash extension remover, do one eye at a time so you can see what you’re doing. Do not open your eyes which have remover until you have washed them off.
2. Squeeze a paper towel or eye pad in between your top and lower lashes before use eyelash glue remover to prevent the gel remover from getting in your eye.
3. Dab a little lash remover gel onto a disposable mascara brush and apply the gel to your lashes, just trying to target where the extension glue is.
4. Leaving the gel on for around 1 minute. If your lashes glue is stubborn or volume lashes set please leave the gel 2-3 minutes.
5. Running a new disposable mascara brushes through your lashes over your lashes. The extensions and glue will come right off.
6. Rinse the solution off your eyelids with cold water before opening your eyes to avoid any burning or stinging.
7. If your eye stung a little please immediately washed with cold water and it was totally fine seconds later.
